Small plastic «Ibex» (gilding)

Small plastic is another side of Zhigzhit Bayaskhalanov's work. It images continue the animalistic series of large sculptures, making adjustments as needed to change size and proportions. The forms of desktop compositions are more generalized, and their detailing is deliberately simplified. So, in the image of a capricorn, two lines predominate: a wave forming the head of an animal, and an arc twisted into a horn. The smoothness of the features creates a feeling of streamlined, flowing matter, in which, just like in water, there is a special energy and life.
